Designed by Brett Mogg of Nelson & Haworth, Corn Hill Golf & Resort, also known as Luc Nam Golf Course, is situated in Kham Lang Commune, Luc Nam District, Bac Giang Province, Vietnam. The resort is approximately 75 kilometers northeast of Hanoi, making it accessible within a 1.5-hour drive from the city center.

Spanning approximately 140 hectares, the resort features a 36-hole international-standard golf course, divided into 18 holes in the eastern area and 18 holes in the western area. The first 18 holes are set to welcome golf enthusiasts on June 15, 2024. The course layout respects the natural terrain, with fairways and greens designed to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding landscape. Notably, the 9th hole, a par 3, presents a formidable challenge with a length of up to 270 yards.

• Clubhouse: The clubhouse provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere, featuring a restaurant and bar, locker rooms with ample showers, personal lockers, and a steam room for post-game relaxation.
